Sign up

You can sign up on JOBJACK by registering with your email address and basic information.

Complete your profile

After you have registered you will need to complete your profile to 100%. JOBJACK creates an online CV for you with the information you add on your profile.

Apply for a job

Once your profile is complete, you can go to your home page and look at the available jobs on JOBJACK. You can apply for a job by clicking on ‘See More’ and ‘Apply’.

Application feedback

Once you have applied for jobs on JOBJACK, all your available feedback will be under your ‘My Jobs’ section on the platform.

Attend an interview

You will receive a notification SMS and an interview request on JOBJACK. Simply sign in to your JOBJACK profile to view and accept your interview request.

Get the job

If your interview is successful, you will receive a notification with your starting date details on JOBJACK.

Once you are registered on JOBJACK, we have free resources available on our platform. Open the menu on your left and select the 'Resources' section.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any sent CVs, only online applications on JOBJACK from registered profiles. All you need to do is, register, complete your profile to 100% and you can start applying to jobs on JOBJACK! Once you have applied and a hiring company needs any extra documentation or information from you, you will get a pop-up notification on the platform that will take you to a document upload section.

You can edit your JOBJACK profile by signing in to your registered account and opening the menu on your left. Once you click on the 'Profile' option you will be able to view and edit all of the sections and change your profile picture.

Please remember that we are reliant on hiring companies for feedback. As soon as we receive feedback, we update JOBJACK immediately. Feedback can depend on how many interview rounds a hiring company has decided to do or on how many positions are available on a job post.

Once JOBJACK has been updated with feedback, you can sign in to your profile and go to your 'My Jobs' section. Your applications are sorted according to their status:

  • 'Applications': The job applications for positions that hiring companies are still considering candidates for.
  • 'Unsuccessful': The job applications that have been unsuccessful.
  • 'Interviews': The job applications that you have been selected and received an interview request for.
  • 'Appointed': The job applications that have been successful.

If you have been invited for an interview, you will receive a notification SMS and an interview request on the platform. You can simply sign in to your JOBJACK profile and you should see a pop-up notification that will take you to your interview. In your interview section, you will be able to view all of the details and select your time slot.
