The best insight into your next hire

Psychometric assessments are standardised tools designed to measure psychological attributes that are difficult to observe. Assessments provide objective data that help us understand an applicant’s personality traits, skills, attitudes and cognitive abilities to help inform hiring decisions on a candidate's job fit.

Problem Solving Assessment

Trait Assessment

Numeracy and Literacy Assessment

Measures information processing and abstract reasoning, ultimately indicating how quickly a candidate can take in new information and use that information to solve problems accurately.

This assessment provides insight into a candidate's behaviour preferences within the work environment. Specifically, how
likely they are to engage in behaviours that would have a productive or counterproductive impact on individual, team or organisation performance.

Measures how well a candidate is likely to perform job tasks that have inherent numeric or literate components. The numeracy assessment specifically assesses a candidate's generative, interpretative and problem solving numeric ability. The literacy assessment measures a candidates ability to understand, evaluate, use and engage with written text, with a specific focus on English fluency and comprehension, rather than spelling.

Customer-Centric Potential Assessment

The Customer-Centric Potential assessment provides an understanding of how a candidate may perform in terms of their engagement in positive and helpful customer service behaviours, their ability to handle challenging situations, and their overall suitability for customer service roles.
