Meet the founders
Heine Bellingan
Co-founder and co-CEO of JOBJACK, Heine appreciates how technology offers a way to connect people and understands how it can make an impact on the future of many.
Driven by his passion for innovation, this Chartered Accountant turned business owner understands the need for a tech-driven solution to drastically change the recruitment practices of employers to impact the unemployment narrative in South Africa.
Heine’s entrepreneurial skills started while studying at university and he has honed his talent for seeing where a process and product can be improved. In 2019, Heine was also a finalist for SAICA’s Top 35 under 35. Heine has also been involved in SAICA’s Thuthuka Education Upliftment Fund, conquering the Kilimanjaro summit in support of the initiative.
Along with his co-founder Christiaan, Heine is also involved in a mentorship program for Triga Venture’s Academy for young entrepreneurs.

Christiaan van den Berg
Co-founder and co-CEO of JOBJACK, Christiaan is first and foremost a husband to his wife and father of a lively 3-year-old boy. Christiaan began his career as a Chartered Accountant at PKF, before embarking on his journey into entrepreneurship alongside co-founder Heine.
Christiaan's focus is on driving the business' vision with its team of 50+ team members, as well as outside of JOBJACK, to potential customers and job seekers. Christiaan’s meaningful contribution to the South African business landscape has been recognised by being named to the Mail & Guardian 200 Young South Africans.
Christiaan was also awarded the Influence Category Winner for SAICA's Top 35 under 35 in 2022—and as proof that he really is an influencer, there is a video of him dancing for his wife at their wedding a few years ago that now has over 10 million views on Youtube.
